ITIL® Intermediate

ITIL® Expert

You must hold the following for the ITIL® Expert certification:

  • You must have minimum 17 credits from the Foundation, Practitioner and Intermediate modules
  • You must take and pass The Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) module to achieve a total of 22 credits

 

 

ITIL® Master

ITIL® Master Certification validates the delegate’s ability to apply principles, methods, and techniques from ITIL® within the organisation

You must hold the following for the ITIL® Master qualification

  • You must reach the ITIL® Expert levels
  • You should have work experience of IT service management for at least 5 years in any higher management advisory levels
